Ordering

Returns
Batteries are NOT returnable. Batteries are an electronic device, and once installed you own it. For uninstalled batteries, we will make a case by case determination as to whether it is returnable or not based on circumstance, and wholly at our discretion.
Shipping Errors/Damaged merchandise
If we make an error, or a battery is damaged in transit, we will fully own that error and get it fixed for you at our expense. The online Scorpion application database is guaranteed to be correct. If you order a battery based on our application guide and it does not fit the application, we assume responsibility for the error and will work quickly to get the issue resolved. If however, you order a battery for a custom application or an application that is not in our database and it does not fit, it can be returned to us upon approval. Only unused batteries in AS NEW condition will be considered for return, and any refunds will be minus our original shipping costs.
Warranty
Warranty is for one full year from the date of your order. Should your battery fail in this period due to manufacturer defect, Scorpion will replace your battery. If the failure occurs in the first 30 days, we will pick up the entire tab, including shipping. If the failure should occur after 30 days, the customer will be required to pay for shipping on the replacement battery. Shipping will be billed at our actual rate, (typically $11.00) with no additional shipping or handling charged. Scorpion reserves the right to recall a battery for further analysis should onsite testing prove inconclusive. We will do all we can to analyze battery problems via an email test procedure. This simple test often will troubleshoot a battery onsite, rather than having to send it back to Scorpion for testing. This is to speed along the warranty process and save you money on shipping.
