BSA Motorcycle
BSA was formed in 1863 but the bikes division did not start until 1880. In the beginning Birmingham Small Arms (BSA) Company produced a lot more than just motorcycles. Of course motorcycles have been a huge part of the company's activities and by the 1950s they were producing more than 75 000 bikes per anum. Having taken a gamble on an all new model(750cc Rocket Three Triple) during hard times BSA was bought by Norton Villiers Triumph and then the last BSA left the factory in 1973.
