MV Agusta Motorcycle
Founded in 1945 MV Agusta has a storied history. Focused primarily on small café racer style motorcycles and winner of countless races the company won their last Grand Prix in 1976 and by the 1980 Grand Prix motorcycle racing season they were out of racing. Shortly thereafter they ceased motorcycle production. After purchasing the name sake in 1991 Cagiva re-introduced the first new MV Agusta in nearly 20 years. Even with its innovative design the new F4 312R was not enough to bring a profit to the company and it was again sold to a series of investors. Finally Agusta has landed back under Italian ownership and is once again producing exciting motorcycles.
