Shipping Method
All batteries are shipping free using USPS Priority Mail.
Shipping Errors/Damaged merchandise
If we make an error, or a battery is damaged in transit, we will fully own that error and get it fixed for you at our expense. The online Scorpion application database is guaranteed to be correct. If you order a battery based on our application guide and it does not fit the application, we assume responsibility for the error and will work quickly to get the issue resolved. If however, you order a battery for a custom application or an application that is not in our database and it does not fit, it can be returned to us upon approval. Only unused batteries in AS NEW condition will be considered for return, and any refunds will be minus our original shipping costs.
Returns
Batteries are NOT returnable. Batteries are an electronic device, and once installed you own it. For uninstalled batteries, we will make a case by case determination as to whether it is returnable or not based on circumstance, and wholly at our discretion.
